4. How to buy our products?

1. Contact sales manager by email or live chat Confirms product info.

2.Sales manager quotation.

3.If it‘s’ sf6 device, sign a technical agreement.

4. Payment.We support T/T, Paypal, Western Union, L/C is available.

5.Delivery.We’ll choose proper transportation mode based on the weight of goods, usually arrange shipment by air expresses such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS. The large sf6 device we delivery it by sea.

5.What’s the warranty of the product?

We offer 12-month warranty. Our policy: Within the warranty period, If there is any quality problem, please send us photos to show the problem. And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair or exchange. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending it to us directly. You only need to pay double-run freight.
